consumer protection which include the right to an out-of-court settlement of a possible dispute regarding
goods purchase contract.
The prices of items with VAT are indicated with each item, and You can see them during creation
purchase orders, as well as at the end where you have an overview of all ordered items, quantity and delivery price.
Tesoro Beachwear reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Check and update status
stocking is done several times during the day. We try to be as precise as possible in describing everyone
products, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free. Tesoro Beachwear is entitled to
cancels the purchase order by sending an email notification to the consumer if an error occurred during
pricing on the site.
Consent to change conditions

The right to withdraw
We would like to inform you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014), purchases through our sales website www.tesorobeachwear.com are considered distance sales.
The law in the case of distance selling establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (natural person who buys the product to meet their individual needs, and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery . When withdrawing, the buyer can, but does not have to, state the reasons for withdrawing.
The form / Statement of withdrawal from the contract has legal effect from the day it is sent to the trader.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form. After the expiration of 14 days from the day he sent the withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned.
When returning the goods, it is obligatory to return them in correct and unused condition and originally undamaged packaging, whereby the original invoice must be enclosed.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The customer is responsible for defects or damage to the product that result from inadequate handling of the product, ie. the buyer is solely responsible for the impaired value of the product that arises as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer, the refund of the price will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.
The trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal, and after receipt of the product. The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases when the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item. We refund only to the current account.

Delivery and payment
The offer and prices on our site are up to date on a daily basis. All prices are expressed in dinars with VAT included. The seller reserves the right to change prices, unless otherwise stated (in the case of promotions and special discounts). Prices are valid at the time of creating the order and have effect and validity for the next period. The listed prices are valid only for purchases in the Online Store and may differ from the prices in the Seller’s retail facilities.
The working hours of the customer service are from 9 am to 5 pm every working day. Products ordered through the Tesoro Beachwear webshop are sent within 24 hours of receiving the order. In the event that due to high interest and demand for the item in your cart, the desired item will not be possible to deliver due to limited stock, You will be notified by email within 24 hours.
If You order from Serbia or other countries in the Balkans on a working day until 2 pm, order will be sent to You that day and You can expect delivery in the next 3 work days in the period from 7 am to 4 pm. For shipments sent on Friday, delivery is made on Monday. If You sent the order on Friday after 2 pm, we will send the shipment to You on Monday. If You order from country that is not in the Balkans, Your order will be sent to You that day and You can expect delivery in the next 10 work days.
Shipments for all countries are delivered by the courier service Post Express. Delivery cost depends on the weight of product You ordered. Delivery of goods is performed exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, except on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija.
When Your order is packed and handed over to the courier service, You will receive an e-mail notification that the shipment has been sent. The courier service delivers the shipment to the specified address the day after collection in the period from 7 am to 4 pm. On the day of delivery, You will receive SMS notifications and a courier from the courier service will contactYou.
The courier will try to deliver the shipment twice. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, the courier will call You at the phone number you left when ordering and arrange a new delivery date with You. If the delivery is not successful even then, the shipment will be returned to Tesoro Beachwear Belgrade and we will contact You to establish the reason for the return and arrange re-shipment.
When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package so that there is no visible damage. If You notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and You suspect that the product is damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.
You can pay for Your order by cash or with payment card on delivery, or by PayPal.
Cash on delivery means payment in cash when picking up the shipment.
If You have a Visa, MasterCard or Maestro payment card, You can pay for the order online. After filling in the order form, You will be automatically redirected to the Banca Intesa website, where you enter data from the payment card. If everything is OK with the transaction, You will be returned to our site with a notification that the payment has been made successfully. If there was a problem with the transaction, You will be returned to the site with a payment failure notification, after which You can try again or choose another payment method. All data is protected and visible only to Banca Intesa card processors.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.

Rest assured that we will accept all justified complaints and, depending on your requirements, refund, replace or repair the product. In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Tesoro Beachwear is obliged to return only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package so that there is no visible damage. If You are not satisfied with the purchased product, You have the right to a replacement with the attached Invoice. If You purchased the item through the online store, You can replace the same item only through the online store within 15 days from the date of receipt of the item.
If You want to replace the item You bought through the online store, please send the code, color and size of the product for which You want to replace to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on the phone number +381 63 763 38 05 where You will receive a response with detailed instructions on the replacement procedure.
The ordered item cannot be changed if it is worn, damaged in any way or there is no hanging label.
If after receiving the item You have determined that it is not the appropriate size, You have the right to a replacement with the attached Invoice. You can replace the item 15 days from the date of receipt of the item. In case of replacement of goods, the buyer bears the costs of transporting the disputed item to the warehouse as well as re-transporting the replaced item from the warehouse to the address.
Rulebook on the procedure and manner of resolving complaints
With this rulebook, the Merchant regulates the manner, conditions and procedure for resolving consumer complaints (complaints) due to defects in the purchased product through the website www.tesorobeachwear.com and the powers, obligations and responsibilities of the Merchant with respect to the exercise of the consumer’s right to object.
The buyer, in terms of this rulebook, is any citizen who buys products for personal needs or the needs of others via the Internet at www.tesorobeachwear.com.
The buyer has the right to object to the purchased product due to defects that have occurred, within six months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the deadline referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the buyer loses the right to file a complaint.

– a defect in the purchased product caused by his fault or the fault of others;

– changed the decision on the choice of the article.
